BEVL Shipping Policies

At BEVL, we’re committed to getting your hydration delivered fast, fresh, and in perfect condition—because you deserve great flavor and peace of mind. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, from processing times to international delivery and everything in between.

📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, with shipping options calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
Domestic Shipping Options:
    •    Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.95 flat rate or FREE on orders over $50
    •    Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance
    •    Overnight Shipping: Available upon request; please contact info@bevlup.com prior to ordering
All delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed. Expedited and overnight orders are prioritized, but delays caused by carriers are out of our control once a package has left our facility.

🌍 International Shipping
At this time, BEVL ships within the United States only. We’re working on expanding globally—stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to our team—we’re happy to help!

💥 Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes may occur. BEVL is not responsible for shipping delays once your order is with the carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to support you in tracking it down or resolving an issue.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
    1.    Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
    2.    Look for a delivery slip or check with neighbors
    3.    Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

We care about our planet as much as our performance. BEVL ships using recyclable materials whenever possible, and we’re constantly looking for ways to make our packaging more sustainable without compromising product safety.

🔁 Shipping Errors & Returns
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue to speed up the resolution.
We do not offer returns on consumable products due to health and safety reasons, but we want every customer to be satisfied—if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Read our full Return Policy for more details.
