Due to the nature of our products—all drink powders and supplements are considered consumables—we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This is in place to protect product safety and quality for all customers.

However, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong flavor, damaged packaging, or an item that arrived defective—we’ll make it right.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong items, please email info@bevlup.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
    •    Your full name and order number
    •    A brief description of the issue
    •    Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

We’ll review your request promptly and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. In most cases, we’ll offer a free reshipment or store credit toward your next order.

📬 Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bevlup.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund the purchase in full.

If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will be subject to our standard return policy.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
    1.    Check the shipping address on your order confirmation
    2.    Look around your delivery area and with neighbors
    3.    Contact the carrier using your tracking number

Still can’t find it? Reach out to us. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we may be able to offer a one-time replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
